Many of our installers have been with us for over a decade – including two team leaders who’ve worked alongside us for 17 and 12 years – bringing consistency, craftsmanship, and pride to every project.
Led by owners Bruce and Cindy Hatchell, our team operates with the same core values that have guided their businesses for decades: integrity, reliability, and customer care.

As part of Vision Enterprise Inc., a licensed general contracting firm in Charlotte, NC, with a long history in specialty contracting, our team brings the same trusted expertise that has served thousands of satisfied clients across the region.
Vision Enterprise first entered the fencing industry in 2006 under the name Vision Fencing, following a simple but powerful recipe: We answer the phone, we show up on time, we offer fair pricing, and we take care of you. That formula led to more than 15 years of success and strong client relationships throughout the Carolinas.
In 2020, during the Covid boom, demand for fencing skyrocketed. Vision Fencing was acquired by Jacobsen Capital. Our team shifted operations to the South Carolina Lowcountry under the name Fence Pros Charleston, Inc., continuing the same customer-focused approach that built the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and service.
In 2025, after a five-year non-compete period, Vision Enterprise, Inc. re-entered the Greater Charlotte market as Fence Guy Carolina – once again bringing our proven approach to residential and commercial fencing throughout Charlotte, NC and the surrounding communities, including Fort Mill and Rock Hill, South Carolina.
